I am so angry at comcast is charging me for services for 2 accounts and one was turned off on dec. 22. I moved got new services on dec 23. Magically all my bill history for past 4 months are gone and i have made paid in full payments every month. Still yet i cant get to even bother to listen. Filing a complaint with bbb and federal trade commiaion and any one else that will listen. Bill transferred fro 12-31/2-22. I bought a home been in it since 12-22.
