Been with comcast for years now. We moved from Tacoma to Spanaway, we tried to have our service transfered over when we moved and it wasn't. Big surprise. Been on the phone with them for days now, and they still can't fix what they did wrong. Is it any wonder why they have the worst customer service rating? My wife is in school I work online, and we have no internet or TV. I can't wait for the day our goverment regulates them. They said they can't do anything until they send a tech out on Saturday. If he even shows up. I also turned in a modem at the puyallup store in WA off of canyon st. Would not be surprised at all if they said I didn't and tried to charge me for it.
