I moved in my new place and opened my account on 11/2/2017, was told that somebody will come by in a couple of weeks to bury the cable, a couple of weeks went by and nobody showed up and I've been asking to have the line buried in the ground ever since but as of now no body has shown up to take care of it. Hopefully, by posting this I will get lucky this time.
