I’ve had residential service with Xfinity for almost a year now. When we first got the account we had to go to the service center to show id and lease. The company that I work for has a corporate account with Xfinity an they tried to add business service to my address. They were told that there is collection activity at my address and I need to go to the service center. I went to the service center today and was told that they cannot remove the block since it is for business and they said someone will call me. Is there anyway to get this resolved ASAP?
