Xfinity tech ran temporary drops in my back and side yards about two months ago. Someone came (without any contact) and buried the cable in the side yard but left the back yard drop since nobody was home at that time.
I called xfinity on Jun 29 to request drop burial again, but nothing has happened so far.
Can someone resolve this issue correctly at thie time?
