I had the internet installed on 5/28/2020. Several days later I noticed the utilities had been marked. However I am still waiting for the cable to be buried. I have had to put new landscaping and concrete project on hold until this is completed.
I have called Xfinity three times to inquire and have been given lip service each time. Oh yes they see nothing has happened, oh yes they will expedite my request but no follow up, no response and the cable is still out there in the dirt. The last time I called the service rep transferred me back to the queue as if I was a new caller waiting to talk to a rep.
This is my first experience with Xfinity and it has been horrible. I am at a loss as to how to get the cable buried. They have lousy customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone.
