Bury service cable

I have had service since July of this year and the service drop is still unburied. I'm tired of moving it around to care for my yard,not to mention that it is unsightly. Come on folks, 3 months is long enough!

I've responded to "ComcastAmir" with requested info and have heard nothing further. What else should I do?

Hi bullcreek13 -- I reviewed the PM you sent to Amir and have followed up with it. I sent back a couple questions about the line location. Please respond back when you can and I'll have a bury job built.
