Bulk Account "Enable HD Service"

Hi guys. I had moved and get an "Xfinity Basic Cable" with HOA (under Bulk Account). Today I went to a local Xfinity office and received an X1 box also they have set up a new account for me. After the box connected  - TV works, but NO HD channels are available. The box requires upgrading online to activate HD service. I found the upgrade taks is "mission impossible" (no way to add HD service online) then I connected to a representative and I was told that she has no access to bulk account customers profiles and she can't modify anything on my account .. What do I suppose to do to eventualy to make HD channels work on my newly created account?
