Building has been erroneously marked as serviced by another provider
For some reason, a new construction condominium I am about to move into has been marked by Comcast as serviced by another provider. This is absolutely not the case - the developer whom I bought the condo from swears they have no arrangement - and I believe him, because an exact same building next door gets Comcast service just fine.
I have spent hours on the phone with Comcast trying to get someone to re-evaluate the building, but have had no success. They believe a mistake like that would not have been made.
