I am currently a Comcast Customer for TV, Internet and Phone and are in the early stages of building a new house. When do I need to contact Customer Service to advise them that I will be transferring service to the new address and to have the cable line installed in the new house?
Hi tforna52 -- I can help with this transfer information. The first thing we'll need to verify is if your new address is in our database. I would recommend letting us know as soon as USPS recognizes your new address. We can only add addresses that USPS confirms. From there you would want to let us know at least 2 weeks out from when you'll be moving so we can setup a transfer.
If you already have an address you can PM that to me and I will check to see if it is in our database. I will help have it added if it is not showing yet.
