Box still on account.

Box still on account.

I returned a regula XG2 box to comcast today at the comcast store and they gave me a reciept and everything and the box is still on the account. I have five devices and account is saying I have six.


I don't understand I got a recepit. Do you need the serial number? or something?

Okay the Box has been removed from account.

I got an email.


but the box is still showing up on the my account page.


How long does it take for it to disappear?

Hello Pharrell, it can take the system up to one billing cycle for the equipment to be removed from your view online. I can manually remove it as well if you'd like, please let me know if you need further assistance.
