Billing

I recently moved and my billing date/cycle was changed which I did not know about.  I went into my account and changed my billing dates but was charged on 4/6 full amount and per Xfinity I will be charged again on 4/20.  Tried calling customer service and was put on hold for 35 minutes and had to hang up.   Can someone please call me so I can make sure that my billing cycles are correct and that the amount being auto deducted is correct.   Thank you
