This is not a question but a Shout-Out to Melinda who after 3X calling to have a problem solved she was the only one who actually made a difference and made good on her promise to resolve the issue. There's an agent (from the Phillipines, I think) that was almost impossible to understand the little English she knew, underneath her very strong accent and too many apologies but no action taken. AND, without even a head-up (so rude) puts me on hold and that's when I get Melinda.. Exhuasting!!! But Melinda went right to the problem and poof... SOLVED!!! Thanks Melinda... for all your help and patience. It is greatly appreciated!!! Xfinity needs to hire more like you Melinda. Smiley Happy
