Hi @Food4thought

A specialist will be happy to help you on the forums.  Can you give us a general idea of the issue?

Re: Billing

I need to be able to send an email to the billing department.  I have called several times and can’t seem to get connected to the correct person who has an email. I have a contract for a set amount to pay for a two year period. I am being overcharged. I want to email the agreement to the billing department.

There isn't an email for the Billing department.

You aren't specific about the overcharges, but I can tell you that only your bundle price will stay the same; equipment fees, taxes, and surcharges are not included in the bundle price.  The Regional Sports fee and the Broadcast TV fee are also not included in the bundle price; if your cable tier includes sports channels, even if you don't watch them, you still get that fee because those channels are included, and the Broadcast TV fee defrays charges to Comcast for the local channels in your tier.

Note, too, that if you're on a promotion, it can end after 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years, which will cause your bill to increase.

If I didn't answer your question, please post back here.
