New Poster


I have been trying to resolved billing issues for 3 months now, 3 TIMES now each time at the end I ask how much do I owe , I send that amount, but I still getting billed the 129.00 more that's in question. The reps do not know anything cannot seem to get things straight. Install people are a bunch of crude, obnoxious, and rude people need some lessons in customer service, I wish I didn't upgrade now, I have had enough stress with this. I should have choose something else.
