I have issues with bill and there is nobody to talk to about it, agents are clueless, I called first time Sunday and agent said supvervisor would call me back, then I chatted on Tuesday, given same answer, supervisor will call me back...I am still waiting!! My average monthly bill is and has been always $115.05, now sits @ $140.05?? No explanation except it says return fee administrative fees etc. I am appalled nobody has called me, emailed or nothing!! There is NO customer service at this company....this has become a full time job just to talk to someone. Please contact me to resolve this issue that is not my fault but COMCAST fault...thank you!!!
