I went online on 9/4/19 to pay my bill and the website showed my balance was $47.70, not the previous $97.07 that my email notification had stated.  It said I had a credit on my account. I couldn't figure out why, but I thought, great! I paid the $47.70 and went about my day. Now, here it is 9/9/19 and I get an email saying my balance due is $167.70 because I have a past due balance of $55.00. You guessed it, that credit is now nowhere to be found. I have spent the last 2 hours trying to chat with someone,  or get a call back (I tried 3 times, no call).  This is ridiculous. I have no problem paying the bill, but they said I had a credit and now I don't? so now they get to charge me extra late fees?! How is that fair? 

Oh wait, this is Comcast, they don't do fair.
