When I moved my service in February, my billing address was not updated (only the service address was updated) therefore I'm not recveiving my bills.
I am not able to change the billing address anywhere on the website.
The live chat is not a live chat and is of no good to me.

If an Employee doesn't reply to your message here, if chat isn't working, contact a phone rep: 1-800-Comcast, or see https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us to schedule a callback.
Thank you for that info. A rep was able to call me back in less than 2 minutes and fix the billing address. I had not seen an option for a call back anywhere.
