Billing Statement

Dear Xfinity, 

 

I need assistance with my billing statement. I have noticed that my billing statement has increased by $20 in the last few months. When I was in a promotional discount my billing statement was less than $90. Then customer service informed me several months ago that the promotional discount had expired and that my new billing statement would show a payment of $90. I was paying that amount for a few months, but now my billing statement is $110. I would appreciate an explanation of why my billing statement has increased if I haven't added any additional channels or services.

Same problem here.  Bill went up 8.93 in January and now 13.46 for April.  $22.39 in 4 months.  I am on Social Security and only purchased basic cable and internet for one computer.  I was happy with the price but now it is getting ridiculous.  What's it going to be in July?  Don't know how I will be able to keep it.
