Am I correct in assuming that these inquiries are just populating the ether and that Comcast has no interest in hearing my problem?

This is a Public Community Forum, primarily for Comcast/Xfinity customers to share experiences and common problems/resolutions.  There are Comcast agents that monitor the threads, but may or may not be equipped to answer questions or resolve posters' issues in a timely or  acceptable manner.
