Hello - this past week I received a call, supposedly from Xfinity Customer Service, wanting to discuss promotion options, as they noted my existing promotions were expiring. I was asked whether I had a 12 or 24 month contract, which I found odd, as I would expect the caller to know. My suspicions were further raised when the respresentative claimed system issues, and asked to put me on a call list for the next morning. I agreed. While I never received a call back (no surprise), I did get to thinking about my bill and the promotional period. How do I know when my existing promotion period ends (assuming I have one), and how would I go about extending that, or obtaining a better one. Thank you.
