Billing Issue

Hello there, I was signed up for a "free" promo for TV streaming over a month ago which I never wanted. After I was signed up, I couldn't figure out how to remove it. I called customer retention 3 weeks ago to have this service removed and at the time, the rep told me not to worry about it and that she made a note so that it would fall off before my next due date in April. Well, tomorrow my bill is due and it's still showing up as $75 rather than the usual $29.99.

I would greatly appreciate some help with this. I realize it might not be top priority but I've been working on this for the last 3 weeks, chatting with customer reps, calling in but not getting anyone on the phone, etc.  I'm hoping someone can help me! Thank you.
