Hi. I'm pretty upset so I would rather talk this way instead of accidentally yelling at someone who doesnt deserve it. Your online payment system is a joke. there is no way to adjust a payment or edit a payment, and when traveling from page to page, your system adjusts the already agreed upon payment to "in full". I did not want to pay the full amount, or I wouldnt have been preselected "other ammount 200" This created all kinds of issues for me which will all cost money. First I had to place a stop payment on the check which costed me $31. Now, I also cant use my account to make a payment to you guys. Part of having to cancel a check. Which could cause me service interruptions and if so will add fees. I want to know if theres anything Xfinity is willing to do. I have been a loyal customer for some time now even though there are other options here for me.
