I cancelled services because I moved overseas (also returned the equipment and kept the receipt). Unsurprisingly, I got billed after the service disconnection date for the month after I left. Then got a late charge added. I have tried to use the chat but the auto-bot is worthless. How can I actually talk to a person without incurring overseas calling charges while I sit on hold forever?
