My bill for cable and internet has gone up twice in the last two months. I can no longer pay this amount and need to know what can be done about this. I have been with Comcast for over 20 years and I guess it time to change. Please advise what can be done.
I'm in the same boat as you. My bill continues to go up, and customer service is a complete joke. I spent nearly 3 hours on the phone and in chats with customer service and accomplished absolutely nothing. I'm furious with comcast at this point
I can't even find a number to call let alone start a chat. Patience is running low.
