Bill is Wrong

My bill was wrong and I’m being over charged for literally nothing. I have no special channels. And now I can’t get someone on the phone or a chat to help me. There is a global crisis and people aren’t working, and now I’m being charged over $200 for internet and basic channels!?! HELPPPP I need to speak to an agent!!!!! Why is this so difficult!? Comcast is about to lose a longtime customer
