I have internet only and have been paying $39.99 per month. Apparently, a promo period, which I wasn't aware of, must have ended because my recent bill has jumped to a whopping, double-down of $79.95 per month. This is the cost of a bundle package with all providers. Can I receive the same internet service for what I have been paying or... must I disconnect, go to another provider, and sign up again in a year or so to get fair pricing? I have Ecobill & Auto pay... I'm of the opinion that $39.99 per month is more than ample payment for a single, simple, service. Xfinity can choose to keep a customer or be greedy and lose a customer to their competition. Any response would be appreciated. Regards.
