I called to reduce the cost of my service in November or December of 2017 after seeing several promotions online.
After setting up a new agreement, the bill I just recieved was more than my original.
I like internet, but its not necessary. We have a cable bundle but I never hooked up the cable box because we don't watch TV. It was just cheaper than straight internet.
I'm at the point of cancelling it all rather than continue paying too much for an uneccesary service.
Are there other service options?
