My bill increased by $45 in two months and I just spend 2 hours talking to some guy in the Phillipines. He was no help at all. I've always been able to get a new package after calling but not this time. Now your site tells me I can't manage my plan on line. Can one of you Comcast guys help?
I've been a customer since the 80's and Google is laying fiber in Nashville and getting closer and closer to my house. They're getting my business when they get here.
