Bill Rising, Difficult to afford

I have been using a promotional rate for my Internet only plan and the cost has recently gone up. I would like to keep the promo rate that I had been using since it is difficult to afford an increased rate. I really don't want to have to switch providers because it is a hassle. Thanks
