Bill Pay online hasn't worked in 5 months

Bill Pay online hasn't worked in 5 months

I've tried to pay my bill online for the last 5 months and it always says the system is down.  I've had to pay it by phone each time.  Why is this still down??

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
