Better plans options for long time customers, or cancel service

We have been long time customers, going back to when Cable was the only service offered. We do love the service and options, but our monthly bill is outrageous. We only watch a handful of channels and just doesn't seem worth the price. 

 

Each time I have contacted Comcast about lowering our bill, it seems like they cater to new customers, rather than retaining long time customers. 

 

We are considering canceling our service, unless we can find a better priced plan that is more economical.
