Being charged, no service installed. Tech never showed. Unable to connect with an agent.
I recently purchased xfinity internet. XFi arrived. Tech brought it by, but it never connected. Tech tried to connect, said cable was bad and needed to be replaced. Had an appointment scheduled. New tech never showed. Now I'm being charged for internet that has NEVER been connected, and I am unable to reach an agent through any pathway- chat, or phone bot (won't even give an option to connect to an agent).
PLEASE help. How can I be connected to an actual person? I would happily wait on hold if it meant another person was on the line eventually.
