When we moved over to HD technology, I returned our dha box to the local service center. This was several years ago. I thought it was taken care of. I was checking my bill a few months ago and noticed that I was getting charged for non-returned equipment. I went through chat then and the tech I spoke to said it was resolved. I checked again this month and I'm still getting billed for it. What do I need to get this resolved. I do not have the receipt as it was several years ago. Thanks for the help.
