Been trying to get my free xfi pods for over three months and still waiting.
I received an email from xfinity back on January 4, 2020 stating that an evaluation of my home's xFi internet coverage needed boosting. And, because I am an xFi Advantage customer, I could order and receive three xFi Pods at no additional cost. As of today, after five calls to customer service and unknown hours on the phone trying to get help to order the xFi pods -- I'm still waiting. My last call, almost three weeks ago, which lasted more than two hours, ended with me finally able to complete the required order form and me being promised by the customer service rep that I would be receiving the pods within the next two weeks. And -- I'm still waiting.
Can SOMEBODY at xFinity PLEASE help to make this right and get me the needed pods? I have a 4,253 square foot home and coverage is slim-to-none at further reaches where the pods may help.
