Been a customer for 13 years and now pay $165 for one tv
Xfinity has said that I have the best deal which I know is false. Every time I call in to complain, I get the runaround. Ontop of this, my internet speed is at the lowest, and we only have one tv we all must share connected with cable. I’m really tired of having no assistance in a better deal. And only having one TV set up in my living room that we all must share when I have two sons now with no cable in their room or game room. Need I mention , myself In my own room. 13 years ago I started off paying $39.99 with the exact same service I have now. Please anyone help. This is unfair to pay so much for basic cable and internet and it’s more with tax at $170 rounded up.
