Bait and Switch

I renewed my 2-year contract with XFinity last July. Since that time, two of my "included" premium channels have been removed and replaced with D-list options. Cinemax was removed and today's email shares that Starz will not longer be available in my package. But, I can pay an additional fee to keep it - how nice of you. If I try to drop services, I'll have to pay a fee. Why can XFinity change my contract, but I can't?

You can upgrade, downgrade, drop services with no penalty as long as you keep at least one service.
