Bad service

I moved to a new address and try to get my TV service up. They can’t help you online, chat with someone like 6 times. Keep getting rescheduled week after week and still no service. Not recommended. They told me they will send someone out to fix the problem within 24 hours they reschedule me again for July 19th. Horrible!
