Bad service after signing a contract

I've been paying about 350 a month for cable, phone, and internet, and I called to see if there was anything they could do to lower the price.

They said I was "grandfathered in" so they couldn't do anything unless I signed a 2 year agreement. I did, and my bill is supposed to be down about 50 or 60 dollars.

The problem is, since signing, my service has been terrible. The cable stops working for hours, and the internet keeps going in and out. Has anybody else had this problem?
I have been with comcast for about 15 years and am so disappointed. I regret signing.
