Bad business practices

I was enrolled in a plan with xfinity for Internet service, and I moved to a different address. Not only did they not shoe up on time for my setup, they also raised my rate from 39.99 to 74.99 without my consent or knowledge. I was also taken off the auto-pay the without my knowledge. Needless to say my services were cut off and the balance was 171$, 4xs the amount I signed up for. Im not pursuing for your mistakes Comcast, trust and believe you will be hearing from my attorney. And it's going to cost you more than 100, which is about the amount I'm being overcharged.
