It seems once a month the whole neieborhood of Serratoga Falls gets knocked out with an Xfinity outage that lasts for at least 4 hours, usually more. There is no pre warning of an outage event and during the time of covid where a lot of people are relying on the internet for home working or schooling this service is unacceptable.
