Ordered an Ipad from Xfinity on June 16 and have only received an acknowledment. I was told it would be received in 10 business days.
I am now told they are backordered and will be delivered by the end of August.
This is unacceptable. This is a recurring problem at Xfinity and the Ipads are in stock at Apple. This needs to be corrected by Xfinity and whoever is fullfilling the orders.
Also the customer no-service rep was terrible. She told be (1) how great an offer it is and that the Ipads are not available from Apple. The Apple store has them in stores and on the web site
I know it is a great offer. However, my monthly Xfinity bill is over $200 a month and keeps rising. It is about time I got some sort of benefit.
