New Poster


So I ordered Xfinity cable and internet. They sent me a self install kit which I just set up but now they are saying there is a block on the house. I've never had Xfinity here and just want to start my service. Can someone help me out with this issue?

A "block" means the previous tenant didn't pay their bill and had their service terminated. If you want to establish service, you'll have to prove to Comcast that you aren't the same person.  Take your purchase/rental agreement and your ID to your local service center and they can get your service started.
