Can someone from Comcast let me know what my options are for double play promos in my area (non-contract) and how they differ from my existing package? The Xfinity website is lacking all detail on this, and the rate card fails to explain certain things (for example, what is "Premium DVR Service" and how does it differ from standard DVR service?). The customer service rep I spoke to earlier did not give me confidence that she really knew what she was talking about, so I would like to see everything in writing. I would be happy to send a direct message if more detail about my account is necessary. Thanks!
