As usual Comcast's customer service was atrocious:
My wife called last night in order to move off of the seasonal plan one day early. OMG, every year moving off of seasonal and restoring normal service is a hairpulling problem but asking for it a day early was a serious mistake. The Indian call center girls had no clue what to do. Our yearly nightmare in dealing with Comcast started a day early. The most simple of requests is for most service center employees like asking for a cure for cancer. It's awful. It's frustrating. It causes bitterness toward Comcast. Good grief! And it never gets any better. Every year it's the same bumbling incompetence and more lip service. Just pathetic.
