Are complaints and escalations taken seriously at Xfinty?

I requested a complaint be opened with Xfinity 03.11.2020.  The main issue was related to some of the poorest customer service I have experienced.  {NOTE:  This is NOT something that can truthfully be blamed or attributed to the COVID-19 virus.}  Despite numerous requests for escalation, no response to date.  I have received repeated threat calls regarding disconnecting my services, an immediate late charge applied to my account, failure to extend promotional pricing, and the like; BUT no call from management to resolve my open issues.  Does anyone at Comcast/Xfinity care?
