Are Live phone agents no longer available after 9M?

I just called a couple of different numbers I have for Comcast to discuss recent changes in my account, to verify accuracy, and to add an upgrade of Netflix and ask some general questions about the thriple play tiers and twice wqs told by the automated system that offices are closed after 9PM. Is this correct I can no longer speak to a live agent after 9PM except for service problems?
