Approved for Internet essentials 2 weeks SIK But xfinity wont ship
I applied for this internet essentials plan over a month ago. it took me calling in 3 weeks ago to get the approval in the system after waiting on the phone for 8 hours to speak with a representative. Last week same issue as i get passed around from rep to rep on 8 hour holding intervals i cant seem to get any help and i have a child that is missing out on school because we cant get connected and there is no hotspot near us, in need of help from someone but cannot sit on the phone for hours again with children to look after and work to do, can someone tell me if they have even recived their i SIK? How can i get treated like a decent human being?
