I had an appointment scheduled today (6/9/2020) from 3 pm to 5 pm for a modem swap. I took off of work for this appointment. It is now 5:49 pm and the tech has not arrived. I called customer service and they offered to reschedule. I have missed a day of work because of this and cannot afford to miss another. This the 2nd time this has happened with Xfinity. The last time they failed to not only show for the 1st appointment, but also failed to show for the 2nd one as well. Missing days at work cost money.. WHAT GIVES????
