I had an appointment for service to be connected to my home on 6/28. It was not. I contacted customer service to find out why and they said the appointment had been rescheduled for 6/29. When it did not happen on 6/29 I contacted them again and was told 6/30. The same thing went on on 6/30, 7/1 and today (7/2). Each time customer service apologizes and assures me it will happen the next day. Any ideas on how to remedy this? The tech just needs to hook stuff up outside not in the house.
